Installation note (important)
To ensure safe delivery, the vanity unit, marble elements, and ceramic basin may be shipped separately. On site, your installer will position the basin into the cut-out, fit the marble top, and complete tap hole(s) as required (tap hole drilling depends on your chosen tap configuration and should be done using the correct diamond tooling).
In-Stock Product Shipping
UK delivery (in-stock items)
In-stock items are dispatched from UK warehouses and are typically delivered within 1 week. Where available, you may be able to select an express service (1–3 working days) at checkout.
Kerbside pallet delivery (important)
Most orders are delivered via third-party kerbside pallet delivery. This service delivers to the kerb/entrance only and drivers are not insured to carry items into your property.
Please note:
- Delivery is usually scheduled within an 8am–5pm window
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, re-delivery charges may apply
- Pallets can only be left in a pre-agreed safe location if you notify us in advance (you can add instructions at checkout)
- Drivers cannot open sealed pallets and may be unable to wait while items are unpacked
- Due to the weight of natural stone, please ensure suitable assistance is available to move items indoors promptly

Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items are supplied from factory stock and produced to order. Lead times typically range from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the item(s) and order volume.
Please note:
- The shipping fee charged at checkout covers UK domestic delivery only
- Pre-orders may be delayed or cancelled due to raw material availability
- We strongly recommend not booking tradespeople until your goods have arrived, been received, and fully inspected
- No pre-order updates are typically provided until week 5 after the order is placed
